APPLICATION OF THE METHOD OF THE ARTIFICIAL NEURONAL RETE IN VALUATION OF THE MECHANISMS VERTEBROGENIC LUMBAR CHRONIC PAIN

Chronic pain in the lower back should be considered as a complex fact, which include a nociceptive (myofascial) component, a neuropathic component (commissiona radiculopathy), a psychological component, and a biopsychosocial concept. We can valuate condition of the peripheral segmental system, peripheral nerves using neurophysiological methods. Objective of this article is consideration of the evaluation of the mechanisms of the progress of the vertebrogenic lumbar chronic pain using artificial neural rete as mathematical model and software conversion of this model. This conversion have based on the principle of the organization and functioning of the biological neural rete.
