Abstract
The effect of L-arginine, L-NAME, L-carnitine, as well as their combinations in the autocatalytic activity of lysosomal cysteine proteases rat aortic tissue. It is found that the effect of L-arginine 500 mg/kg it does not change the performance coefficients autocatalytic action of cathepsins B, L, H; L-NAME at 25 mg/kg caused increase in the degree of autocatalytic processing cathepsin H, however, increasing the dose of the inhibitor of 200 mg/kg resulted in a reduction of this effect. Under the action of carnitine 300 mg / kg autoprotsessinga stimulation occurs , the rate of change is less than L-NAME 25 mg / kg.
