Abstract
The study was conducted on Wistar rats, which streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus was modeled without and in the background of injection ofalkylselenonaftiridin. It is established that the symptoms of diabetic cardiomyopathy in animals are formed during the development of streptozotocin-induced diabetes. The introduction of alkylselenonaftiridinin experimental diabetes had a positive impact on the morphological and biochemical indicators that were relevant to the analysis of the severity of symptoms of diabetic cardiomyopathy. It should be noted that the introduction of alkylselenonaftiridinnot prevented, but reduced the negative effects of streptozotocin-induced diabetes.
