THE PROBLEM OF SCREENING OF THE CANCER OF THE CERVIX UTERI (IN RYAZAN REGION)

Article is devoted to the problem of screening of the cancer of cervix uteri in Russian Federation on the example of the Ryazan region. Dynamics of incidence, mortality and a one-year lethality from the cancer of the cervix uteri, structure of incidence and mortality of women from the cancer of the cervix uteri in Ryazan region are presented. The main methods applied to screening of the cancer of cervix uteri, a problem of screening actions are reflected in work, need of creation of federal and regional programs of screening that will allow to reduce incidence and mortality from the cancer of cervix uteri is emphasized.
