Abstract
The analysis of 18 case histories of patients with bilateral inguinal hernias operated laparoscopically (TAPP). On the basis of the study revealed that four patients with obesity I- II st.do operation was diagnosed an inguinal hernia on the right side only, and only during the operation were revealed occult inguinal hernia on the left Ist. By L.Nayhus, allowing to perform surgery on both sides simultaneously and avoid subsequent hernia repair left.
