COMPLEX TREATMENT OF THE COMPLICATED FORMS OF SYNDROME OF DIABETIC FOOT

Abstract
The analysis of results of inspection is put in a work basis on treatment of 310 patients with the complicated form of a syndrome. Diabetic foot for the purpose of an estimation of efficiency of methods of treatment of patients have been divided into 3 groups: 1st group included 98 patients these patients have received traditional therapies, in 2nd group there were 104 patients whom along with traditional therapies received intravenous injections of an antioxidant Mexidol2.0 on 200 ml of an isotonic solution of chloride sodium of 1 times daily in a current of 10 days. 3rd group included 102 patients who against traditional therapy applied antioxidant Mexidol and Vasoprastan local a way put after cateteresation of epigastral arteries. Positive results have been reached at patients of 3rd group at intraarterial introduction Mexidol in a combination with Vasoprastan.
