Abstract

We investigated heteroaggressive and suicidality in 140 patients with schizophrenia, paranoid form, delusions with religious content (women ? 49,2%, men ? 50,8%; age ? 20 to 60 years). Among the examined 14 patients (10%) had history of suicide attempts in poisoning with acetic acid, causing cuts, jumping from a height (in the background of imperative hallucinations). Autodestructive were made suddenly and in most cases could not be warned. In 17 patients on the background of imperative hallucinations were recorded aggressive tendencies towards relatives (n=17) in the form of injury with a hammer, cutting items and killing animals (n=6). Physical abuse of animals, was represented by beheading or strangling cats, offering poultry at the request of "dark forces". The author concludes that heteroaggressive and assessing suicidal behavior in patients with schizophrenia with delusions of religious delusions in diagnostic practice, it is necessary to pay attention to the psychopathological picture.
