Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of the behavior of regular helpline customers. Revealed that the cause of their frequent complaints is social deprivation due to various reasons and depression of abandonment. Their request for psychosocial support is at the subconscious level and not always accurately recognized by the consultants.
