In a review the frequency of perinatal and extragenital pathology, frequency of complications of pregnancy, childbirth at a lot of giving birth women is described. Among all diseases of pregnant women gestosis most often develops against iron deficiency anemia. Now the frequency of anemia’s at pregnancy in the Russian Federation makes 60%, and in Dagestan ? the adverse region in the social plan ? reaches 80%. Authors consider that the problem of development of effective and optimum methods of contraception at a lot of giving birth women of women with anemia and pyelonephritis is far from the final decision.
