CONDITIONING OF RURAL ENTERPRENEURSHIP DEVELPPMENT BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF OSTROŁĘKA POVIAT

The objective of this study is to identify barriers and conditions of enterprise development in Ostrołęka poviat. We used graph and tabular methods in the process of data presenting and analyzing. During the survey the method of questionnaire was used. The survey proved that the most important barriers to enterprises development are legal and administrative and lack of financial sources. The main reason of starting activity was the need of independence and loss of job. The surveyed group of entrepreneurs used mainly tax help and preferential credits.
