Organization-technological ground of investment necessities for support of the ore mining and processing combines’ mineral and raw materials base

The verisimilar prospect of the irreversible replacement of production capacity of iron-ore open pits is analyzed. The dynamics of the underachieved stripping works volumes accumulation and method of their calculation are given. The methodical approach is developed for correction of the mining works project mode. The volumes of the real investments are set and the directions of their realization are determined for liquidation of indebted stripping.
