Abstract
Selecting of combined hyperosmolar solutions for infusion therapy of burn disease remains one of the most topical problems of modern combustiology. We studied structural changes in blood vessels of adenohypophysis, adrenal cortex and thymus in experimental burn disease in rats and its treatment with combined hyperosmolar solutions by means of electron microscopy. It was established that hyperosmolar solutions administered intravenously acted as vascular wall protectors and lactoprotein-C initiated membranoplastic influence on organ structure.
