AUTOPHAGY AND CRINOPHAGY IN ADENOHYPOPHYSIS OF RATS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF BURN DISEASE TREATMENS BY THE INFUSION

Abstract
Summary. The article presrnts data in relation to the autophagy and crinophagy in adenohypophysis of rats under the the condition of burn disease theatment’s by the infusion of lactoprotein with sorbitol. Established that intravenous infusion of lactoproteinum with sorbitol under the experimental burn disease in rats leads to structural transformations of histohematic barrier when friendly activity of vascular wall cells and endocrine cells ensuring the formation of “collateralization membrane complex” in the adenohypophysis. Introduction lactoproteinum with sorbitol inhibits structural manifestations of cell death and promotes the preservation of life adenohypophysis endocrine cells by attracting mechanisms of autophagy and crynophagia. Crinophagy of endocrine cells in the adenohypophysis is adaptive in nature; it provides destruction and release of excess hormones is distorted as a result of burn disease characteristic of catabolic reactions. Autophagy is triggered in the event of urgent (emergency) needs removal of damaged organelles along with surrounding areas cytoplasm. When crynophagy (as distinct from autophagy) previous isolation areas endocrine cell cytoplasm of secretory granules of adenohypophysis with membrane elements does not occur, while incorporation of the contents of lysosomes in secretory granules is carried out under conditions of genuine merger of the two organelles. Direct fusion of secretory granules lysosomes leads to the destruction or modification of secretory material. Transformed secretory granules after merging with cytolema release their contents outside (exocytosis) or membrane destruction is transformed secretory granules in the cytoplasm. In the latter case hydrolytic conversion products content secretory granules penetrate by diffusion in the intercellular spaces cytolema and in perycapillarial space from which fenestry endothelium of blood capillaries have an opportunity to get into the bloodstream. The prospect of further research in this direction is to explore using cytophotometry indicators of cell cycle and apoptosis in experimental animals adenohypophysis burn injuries of the skin conditions of the infusion solutions lactoprotein with sorbitol and HAES-LX-5%.
