Innovative approaches to the formation of managerial competence of future university teachers

The article examines innovative approaches to the formation of managerial competence of future university teachers. The scientific sources analysis showed that the major innovative forms are trainings, webinars, nontraditional classes, interactive learning, business games. It is proved that the use of innovative approaches prove the organization of educational process and make specialists training better.
