Abstract
Acute respiratory infections among sickly children remain an actual problem of public health service in Belarus. Blood cortisol, IgA, IgM, IgG, lipid spectrum were defined in sickly children both in the intermorbid period and during acute
respiratory infection. Distinctions in immune, lipid transport, endocrine systems reaction in response to development of an acute respiratory infection in often and incidentally sick children were revealed.
