Abstract

A case of uncommon congenital malformation of the coronary vessels in preterm girl with minor abnormalities of the heart was described. In this article we specified clinical signs of the disease that occurred as the digestive system pathology. Modern opportunities to diagnose the pathology of coronary vessels in due time were analyzed. This article will help the practitioner with differential diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome.
