Abstract
Wormholes are the portal to travel huge amount of distances which are impossible in our modern time and travel in time such as past and future. Here we show that the wormholes are made up of exotic matter which shows us the way by which we can travel to different worlds by the 5th special dimension which changes our form of matter.
