Lymphoid tissue of the intestinal MICE UNDER IMMUNOMODULATOR splenin

The influence of active spleen fraction (AFS) on diffusive lymphoid tissue of lamina propria of ileum intestine at mice were studied on the background of azatioprin supression. It was established the appearance of cells with mitoses pictures, the increase of number of young form of cells, the plasmatic cells and macrofages, the reduction of destructure of cells in lamina propria under the influence of AFS on mice after 4 and 8 days. That demonstrated the intensification of functional activity of the diffusive lymphoid tissue in the wall of intestine under the influence of AFS.
