Abstract
The aim of the article deals with the place, role and basic humanitarian and engineering components of the engineering pedagogues’ training process of specialization 0101 ?Pedagogical Education? major in ?Vocational training? and their synergistic effect on competitive engineering pedagogues’ formation. Research methodology. A modern engineering pedagogue is the expert who combines a wide range of humanitarian and engineering competencies. This harmonious combination of different competencies leads to a synergistic effect that allows to prepare a competitive labor market engineer pedagogue. The author of this study identifies specific humanitarian and civil jurisdiction and gives their short descriptions. This integral description of future engineer pedagogue that includes one’s willingness and ability to perceive, analyze, process and transmit specific science and technology knowledge is the main feature of the industry HR professional. Results. The main tenet of the educational process engineering pedagogue training is following. The process is unique due to its final result polyfunctionality (competitive engineer and educator). The basis of this training is a synergistic effect that combines humanitarian and technical components. They do not contradict but rather enrich and complement each other. The practical significance. From our point of view one of the main problems that needs to be researched deeply is the issue of humanitarian and engineering components correlation without finding out which one is main. Only the "golden mean" in humanitarian and technical training correlation can be a quality guarantee in the process of future engineering pedagogues’ preparation.
