In the article a principle of elaboration of an athlete body adaptive reaction effectiveness method estimation at cyclic muscular work based on analyze of mutual dynamics of cardiorespiration indices in aerobic-anaerobic transition and exceeding of anaerobic threshold range are stated. It’s emphasized that necessary to maintenance of the base positions of functional state theory in the process of elaboration of the prognostic method of the adaptive reactions effectiveness estimation.
