Abstract
In this work the authors compared the results obtained on spirography and echo-CG of patients with bronchial asthma with the appropriate results of patients with bronchial asthma associated with ischemic heart disease. Several decades ago it was considered that patients suffering from bronchopulmonary diseases with obstructive syndrome couldn't or at least very seldom have ischemic heart disease. On the basis of the data obtained the lower index of ERF (external respiration function) in the group of patients with the attendant pathology was revealed. Besides, according to echo-CG findings more significant changes in hemodynamic values were observed in this group of patients.
