CLINIC-ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF LOW-FLOU CONTINUOUS RENAL REPLACEMENT THERAPY AT DIALYSIS SYSTEM PRISMA

Abstract
Under our supervision there were 24 adult patients from 21 till 78 years, who were on treatment in the intensive care unit with acute renal failure (ARF) in structure of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) - 11, rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis at Goodpasture's syndrome and Wegener's granulomatosis - 2, exacerbation of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) - 9, isolated ARF at acute uric acid nephropathy - 2. All patients has been carried out continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) at dialysis system "Prisma" that increased an economic component of resuscitative care.
