ВЕЛИКИЙ ТЮРКСКИЙ ГЕНИЙ АМИР ХОСРОВ И ЕГО ДОСТИЖЕНИЯ В МУЗЫКЕ

This work is a translation of an article, written by the famous Pakistani scientist N.Baloch. It is dedicated to the musical activities of the outstanding thinker of the East - Amir Khusrau. The name of this thinker became famous mostly with his poetry and mystic philosophy. But, as the article’s author thinks and skillfully proves Amir Khusrau can rightly be called as an extraordinary reformer of his time’s music. His musical activity consisted as of a philosophical rethinking of musical and musical-pedagogical achievements of the past’s thinkers and of variety of musical-technical and musical-theoretical innovations. The importance of these achievements was primarily of their universal synthetism, that combined the musical thoughts as of different eras and of different regions of the Eurasian continent.
