Abstract
Results of information value of prognostic systems of severity of acute pancreatitis (V.A. Yudin's, V.B. Krasnorogov's, N.A. Yaitskiy's, A.D. Tolstoy's) were analyzed. 591 patients were studied. The most efficientt systems were Yudin's and Krasnorogov's, which possess high accurate and prognostic level, regardless of the onset of the disease and age of patients, in spite of simplicity and availabity of determinate parameters. The combined regime was an efficient regime of antibiotic prophylaxis of pyo-septic complications of pancreonecrosis. The efficiency was confirmed by reduced rate of these complications in patients requiring surgical interference. The results of our method showed total low level mortality in patients with pancreonecrosis.
