Abstract
To make more peruse the necessity of orthodontic treatment among grown-ups with periodontium with the significant atrophy and bone resorption 15 were examined. Among them there were 11 women and 4 men in the age of 40-80 years. It is possible to treat patient with help of edgewise-technic with the usage of low forces. After orthodontic treatment the splinting of teeth and tooth replacement should be done. It is necessary to visit orthodontist for prophylactic medical eximination.
