Abstract
The analysis of surgical findings in 71 patients with mechanical jaundice treated at the clinic of Ryazan center of Reconstructive surgery of liver, bile ducts and pancreas is presented in this paper. The necessity of differential approach to the choice of decompression technique is confirmed on the base of dynamic biochemical findings. The optimal way of bile duct decompression has been determined.
