Abstract
The article describes positive experience in organization of emergency medical aid for children in cases of emergency surgical states in Sverdlovsk region. It concludes that the problem of timing and adequacy of surgical emergency service for children in municipal formations conditions elaboration and introduction of measures for rational use of health resources in constituent entity of the Federation.
