PREVALENCE AND ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY OF MEDICAMENTOUS THERAPY OF THE ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN THE RYAZAN REGION

Results of inspection of representative sample of the Ryazan area - 2098 person are submitted. The prevalence of АH standardized on age in the Ryazan area has made 36,6 % (among women - 38,2 %, among men of 33,9 %). High knowledge of presence of disease of 85,7 % is revealed. The medical drugs products accept of 64,7 % of the persons suffering АH, but thus efficiency of treatment does not exceed 13,4 % (above among women - 17,5 % against 7,1 %). On frequency of purposes the first place have the ingibitors АPF - 54,8 %. In 29,8 % of cases out-of-date medical products are applied.
