Abstract
The study of C. baccifer and M. aquaticum element content - 7 macro- (Al, Ca, K, Mg, Na, P, Si), 54 micro- and ultramicroelements (Ag, As, Au, B, Ba, Be, Bi, Br, Ce, Co, Cd, Cs, Cu, Dy, Er, Eu, Fe, Ga, Ge, Gd, Hf, Hg, Ho, I, La, Li, Lu, Mn, Mo, Nb, Nd, Ni, Pb, Pr, Rb, Sb, Se, Sm, Sn, Sr, Ta, Tb, Th, Ti, Tl, Tm, U, V, W, Y, Yb, Zn, Zr) was carried out by the method of massspectrometry with inductively coupled plasma, free sugars (glucose, fructose) by HPLC and bound sugars (arabinose, glucose, galactose, xylose) by capillary electrophoresis.
