Abstract
The test with the physical activity is the most frequent cardiologic test, used for diagnostics of the coronary heart disease (CHD), for prediction of the disease and valuation of the therapy effectiveness. Load-carrying test was prosecuted using tredmil, protocols were standard and universal (BRUCE, МOD BRUCE, J.Naughton). The selection of the protocol type was individual. There were examined 294 patients, among that men of 40-60 years prevailed. Were also analyzed: frequency of using of the indicated protocols (87,8% ? МOD BRUCE); results of the test (8,8% ? positive tests, 73,2% ? negative tests, 7,1% ? doubtful tests) and executed loading in metabolic units.
