Abstract
In the group consisted of 56 patients with rhinolordosis, combined with other deformities of the nose was the most often identified (total) bone and cartilage form of rhinolordosis - 31 cases (the sizes of implants were the largest and donor cartilage was commonly used). Cartilaginous form was less commonly observed - 22 observations (the sizes of implants were smaller and donor cartilage was used less frequently). The most rare form of rhinolordosis was bone kind - 3 cases (the sizes of implants were the smallest and only autocartilage of the nasal septum was used). The use of a donor cartilage at lack of an own material during operations concerning rhinolordosis is justified and expediently.
