Patient evaluation of general practitioners as a tool to improve the quality of primary health care

Abstract
The analysis of patient satisfaction (n = 424) of the work of general practitioners and health care institutions at the primary health care level with the use of standardized EUROPEP questionnaires was carried out in Ukraine. The results show lower evaluation by patients of Ukrainian doctors activity and primary healthcare institutions on comparison with European data. For improve this situation need to implement organizational and educational activities.
