Genesis investigative experiment how investigative (search) action

This article examines the historical stages of the emergence and development of investigative experiment as the investigative (investigative) action in criminal proceedings. The aim is to study the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the genesis of an investigative experiment as an investigative (investigative) action in order to support proposals to improve the legal regulation and the practice of investigative reporting (investigative) action in criminal proceedings in Ukraine. Information, which can be used to establish the nature of the criminal offense, the version put forward and to determine the direction of the investigation, can be obtained by the simulation method of the criminal action, the experimental analysis of the consequences have including through artificial reproduction of the relevant conditions. That is why investigative experiment becomes more populyarnіm Investigation (search) action, as technological advances make it possible to recreate the environment as much as possible of the experiment and the environment in which the criminal offense was committed.
