Gender equality in political area as means of overwhelming crisis in Ukraine

The article is dedicated to up-to-dateness of involving a woman into Ukrainian policy, as well as peculiarities of feminine outlook, due to which complementarity with masculine world-view occurs, especially managerial decision making. The unique features of Ukrainian women's absence of "biological markers" are specified; these could be introduced into philosophical & practical sphere by means of heuristic approach in constructive psychology. Using the new methodology in social and political analysis helped to prove the necessity of liquidation of gender discrimination aimed to real transformation of Ukrainian political institutions. Three basic scenaria of woman's personal fulfilment are concluded, and these can influence the choice of gender-determined activities.
