Abstract

The article highlights the results of entrance control, which have showed the necessity of improving college students’ self-development. The use of the competential and module approaches for development of educational programs in natural sciences has been suggested. The main emphasis is made on the characteristics of stimulation of the motivational orientation of college students’ self-development in the process of studying Chemistry. The use of module principle has been analyzed, the optimal ways of formation of students’ practical abilities and skills while using a differential approach have been researched. A necessity has been stressed on development and organizaiton of educational process of studying Chemistry on the basis of innovative teaching methods.
