Abstract

Conflict is a condition of interact that manifests itself in the form of rift and incompatibility within or between individuals and groups. In the cases of conflict they try to express themselves in accordance with specific patterns of behaviour. Administrators must turn conflict into an exuberant factor by reducing or eliminating the devastating effects of the conflict within the organization so that incompatibilities and rifts are settled and organizational orjectives are reached effectively. Employees of organizations question these objectives according to which rules are these objectives and tasks distributed while performing organizational objectives. In this questioning, how rewards and punishments are managed and distributed, how its decided and whether its treated fairly are examined. All these rules are required to be connected to rules, as a result, it generates the structure that we name organizational justice. As it is understood, the exposure of relation between the choice of school administrators conflict management styles and organizational justice perceptions of teacher have a great importance for organizational effectiveness. The aim of this research is to determine the notions about the level of organizational justice perceptions and conflict management styles of administrators that primary school teachers use and put forward the relation between conflict management and perception of organizational justice of teachers. Descriptive survey method was used in the research. 1281 teachers who work in 53 official elementary schools builds up the population. Paradigm wasn’t taken since it was carried out in the population. To analyze the data, standart deviation, aritmethic mean and correlation analysis techniques were used. According to discoveries obtained in this research, it was observed that in the conflicts ocur between teachers and school administrators, the integration syle was used the most and domination style was used the least; proceducal justice was used the most, interactional justice was applied the least. It has been found a significantrelation in a positive way between the organizational justice perceptions of teachers and the conflict management styles of school administrators.
