Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between mobbing and meaning of work ; the predictor role of mobbing on w ork and meaning . The study group was 218 participants who are 162 teacher s and 56 pre - service teachers in Kütahya , Turkey. The Personal Information Form included gender, age, branch, and etc., t he Mobbing Scale , the Work and Meaning Inventory were used for data collection. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis is applied in order to determine relationship between the variables ; and multiple regression analysis is used to determine predictor roles of sub - dimensions of mobbing on the work and meaning . I n correlation analysis, there are significant correlations between dimensions of mobbing and work - meaning . In multiple regression analysis, dimensions of mobbing have negative impact on work and meaning. The findings were discussed in relation to previous research .
