Management culture of the teacher of higher educational institutions as an important factor of efficiency of pedagogical activity

The article explains the relationship between the level of management culture of high school teacher and the impact of its educational activities. There is a review of scientific sources in this direction. It is noted that the pedagogical activity of teacher of higher educational institution is essentially administrative, and managerial culture is a holistic property of the individual teacher and are aimed at achieving educational goals. Suggested that the formation of professionally trained and Mature student's personality is in direct proportion to the level of competence of the teacher to solve professional problems by implementing educational activities.
