CLINICAL AND ENDOSCOPIC CHARACTERISTICS OF NONSTEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGGASTRODUODENOPATHY

Abstract
As a result of endoscopic research of 64 patients with nonsteroid anti-inflammatory preparations (NAIP) with the induced gastroduodenopatiya the frequency of the pathology of a digestive tract which arose against reception of (NAIP) was following: multiple erosion of a stomach and/or duodenum are noted at 30 (85,9%) patients of the first group and 23 (79,7%) the second group (р <0,001); stomach ulcer and / or a duodenum ? at 6 (20,3%) and 5 (14,1%) respectively (р <0,001). Existence in the anamnesis of gastrointestinal diseases at the sick accepting (NAIP) clinic-endoscopic signs were more expressed, and in case of absence of the anamnesis of gastrointestinal diseases these indicators were shown much more weakly.
