Abstract
The article present results of combined operative and pharmacological treatment of complicated cases of diabetic foot. Treatment included 3 major components: intraarterial infusion of pharmacological substances with revascularization bone trepanation; surgical debridement of necrotic lesions, and autodermoplasty. Successful treatment of patients with diabetic foot depended on type of lesion. Individual approach was crucial. Combined operative and pharmacological treatment of patients with diabetic foot increases limb salvage and decreases lethal outcomes.
