Use of Laptops to Bridge Digital Divides in Uttar Pradesh: A Govt. Initiative

The term digital divide is the gap between those individuals who have access to information and computing technologies and those who do not. The article presents the findings related to use and problems in operating laptops, frequently use of internet, devices for making communication, purpose of using social media, purpose of using devices, reasons for using internet, and kinds of problems faced by students in operating laptops.
