Development and approbation methods of complex estimation of flexo extrusion packaging quality

The article considers the issues of quality control of tube packing. For determination of the quality level of the packing, printed by flexographic printing a complex method is used. This method allows to identify the most significant parameters, which influence the printing quality. The basic unit parameters are: dot gain, misalignment of colors, changing the overall contrast, deviation by color. Expert method, based on the survey of employees of printing companies who are professionals in the field of packaging and label flexographic printing, is used for determination of the weighting coefficients of quality indicators. Complex evaluation of printing quality allows to connect visual evaluation, instrumental, and physical indicators of tube packing quality.
