LEGAL NATURE OF ELEMENTS OF THE CONCEPT “OBJECT OF INNOVATIVE RELATIONS” BY DEFINITION GRID-TECHNOLOGY

Problem setting. Article is devoted: to the clarifying the legal nature of Gridtechnologies and definition of the Grid-technologies, correlation of the objects of innovative relations and objects of innovative activities. Today national legal science has not developed a common approach to determining of innovative relations. This is associated with a component such relations as innovative activity and determination of its legal meaning and limits. The innovation process is very dynamic and covers the creation, commercialization of innovative products and their implementation as innovations, and this is the different stages of the innovation cycle. Other subjects of such relations may be involved in these stages and in different stages can be different objects. That's why scientists approach to determine the objects of innovative relations through the concept of object of innovative activities. Analysis of resent researches and publications. The following scientists were engaged in research of the specified question: Y. Y. Atamanova, D. I. Adamyuk, M. V. Rozhkova, K. Yu. Ivanova, dissertation on economic and legal regulation of technologies was protected by O. M. Davydyuk. Some technical and economic issues of Grid-technologies were regarded by such scientists as Ian Foster, Carl Kesselman, Stephen Tukey, Jeffrey Nick, A. G. Zagorodniy, A. I. Petrenko, O. J. Anoprienko, V. V. Dzyoba, G. P. Konoplev, H. Al-Ababneh and others. Target of research. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the contents and elements of the concept of “object of innovative relations” and distinguishing it from "objects of innovative activity" for example Grid- technologies. Article’s main body. The authors distinguish such qualifying elements of Grid- technologies as objects of innovative relations: 1) on the basis of object of innovative relations is always object of innovative intellectual property for which measures have been taken to bring it to the state of implementation; 2) the project implementation (but note that only the first stage - development); 3) technical documentation with establishment of technical specifications of new products / use in the process of activity; 4) support services for implementation / use and control. Grid-technologies have the qualifying elements of the objects of innovative relations. Conclusions and prospects for the development. That’s why we consider the Grid- technologies as object of innovative relations. Future research will be perspective in the identification the specific characteristics and reasons of legal regulation.
