THE IMPORTANCE OF PRINCIPLES IN THE ACTIVITY OF THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION

Problem setting. The principles are characterized by abstract reflection of the laws of social reality, versatility and overall importance in the substantive regulation of a certain percentage of public relations. A set of principles defines the essence of the employment relations in the world, their relationship with social justice and democratic governance. Clearly defined fundamental principles reflect the essence and the General orientation of the entire system of international labour standards law, help to understand the content of socio-labor relations, their relationship with economic development and the level of democratic governance. On the basis of such principles develops an appropriate regulatory framework, which is specified in the conventions and recommendations of ILO.
