Abstract
Patient satisfaction is deemed to be one of the important factors for assessing the quality of patient care services. there is need to assess t he health care system as it determines the success of health care facility. assess the patient’s satisfaction towards the health care services. Material and methods: A randomly selection of 150 patients was done and a 28 item pretested and pre structured questionnaire was given to these patients or there attendants at the end of their OPD visit from 3 to 4p.m. for 5 days. While analysing they were grouped into categories like availability of services, clinical care, waiting time and cost etc.
