Abstract
The economy of Bangladesh is a rapidly developing m arket-based economy. The market is heavily dependent upon brick and mortar stores which limit the growth prospects especially that of micro, small and medium sized enterprises to a large extent. At the same time it is a global fact that these enterprises provide lot of employment opportunities for any country and give a strong foundation to maintain steady and fast development of national economy. Adoption of electronic commerce by these enterprises will help expand business and generate more employment.
