Abstract
One of the critical problems faced in the IT organization is high employee turnover rates and today the organizations formulate constructive strategies to retain their talent work force. Particularly turnover intentions of software professionals are usually high since they enjoy good career opportunities in other organizations. Hence the organizations are in need to identify their turnover intentions and thereby increase their retention rat es to ensure high productivity.
