Abstract
The article deals with new directions of modern world linguistic. The centres of attention are issues of national culture and language. Different opinions about “concept” are considered. Attitudes are expressed to the notion “precedent name”. Each name is showed to have precedent character in terms of national culture. That’s so every word in language is standard.
