Abstract
The article analyzes the current standards of medical aid. It is proved that the standards are intended to use of listed in the types and volumes of treatment for medical reasons, taking into account individual characteristics of the organism, the patient's condition at the time of medical intervention and the type of disease. They give a doctor the right to choose a set of diagnostic and treatment activities within the scope of their species defined by the relevant standard.
