Abstract

The article deals with the problem of prosecution reforming and incomplete determination of its status in the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the light of the changes that have occurred as a result of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 2013. An attempted as undertaken to isolate and analyze some of the contradictions in the definition of the political and legal status of the prosecutors in several articles Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal laws.
